The best pve specc

What do u think are the best pve specc ?

I can't say for sure that i know the best spec for pve but you can look at my current frost talent tree :

Anyway, I think i will tune up a little this as:
- remove the 3 points from Permafrost and add them in the Winter's chill (+crit) or,
- maxed Elemental precision (less mana +hit).

Ofc, this is for "the frost way"

Yeah , it should work but dragon breath and blast wave are not so good in raids, becuse u ill not run to them and do these attacks so i was thinking abour Pom pyro fire,

or something like that, I'm not so good at the speccs yet but soon. The pom pyro fire are like 4k free dmg (Whit critt and pretty good gear) And the Pom pyro macro are awsome.

Pom pyro seems good and all but its 3 min CD and all... it may seem the best but its not... imo I have tried
loads of specs and was most pleased with 10/48/3, a classic spec

I have also tried arcane fire, arcane frost, and frost, the spec 10/48/3 has done the most dmg vs mana use...
If ur frost and got the Winter`s chill u will most likely have the same amount of crit chance on bosses so there is not rly
a big diffrence atm im frost myself and not in this guild anymore... but anyway 10/48/3 is imo the best pve...

What gear do i perfer for this, whit our guild progress, I have tryed some of the speccs, and i does more dps whit pom , but haven't tryed just this specc ill do, But what critt spellhit and spelldmg should i use for this specc ? Whould be gr8 for a answer
